What PlayClock processes
PlayClock processes Discord server and user identifiers, fantasy provider league data, team and roster information, drafts, transactions, matchups, standings, configured league rules, command activity, billing status, and support diagnostics needed to operate the service.
Provider authorization
Yahoo access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest. Discord and provider passwords are not requested. ESPN commissioner connections use separately supplied session authorization and are never meant to be posted in Discord or support messages.
How data is used
Data is used to synchronize league information, execute authorized workflows, post league reports, enforce permissions and plan access, produce requested PlayClock TV episodes, prevent duplicates, investigate failures, and maintain league history.
Sharing
PlayClock does not sell personal information. Data may be processed by infrastructure, payment, fantasy-provider, and media-generation services strictly to provide the product. Public Discord posts are visible according to each server's own permissions.
Retention and control
Commissioners will be able to request an export or deletion of customer-controlled data, subject to security, fraud, tax, legal, and backup-retention requirements. League history is retained until deleted by an authorized commissioner or the service agreement ends.
Security
PlayClock uses tenant isolation, encrypted provider credentials, role-based authorization, audited administrative actions, signed payment webhooks, secret separation, and fail-closed commissioner workflows. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Children
PlayClock is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their personal information.
